Does SpeedScriber support timecode?

Yes. Timecode is displayed while viewing or editing the transcript and used when exporting transcripts for the following formats:

  • QuickTime Movies (.mov)
  • Broadcast Wave Files (.wav)
  • MP3 files containing timecode metadata in ID3 tags (as created by Sound Devices hardware)

If no timecode is found, then absolute time from the start of the file will be used.
